What is Wravio?+
Wravio is an AI writing tool that reads your screen and writes for you. Open any page, press Alt+A, pick a tool, hit Run. It reads the job post, message, question, or whatever is on screen — and writes the proposal, reply, answer, or invoice in under 10 seconds. No copy-paste. No tab switching.
Does it really read my screen automatically?+
Yes — that's the core feature. On Upwork it reads the job description. On WhatsApp Web it reads the conversation. On Gmail it reads the email thread and puts a Wravio button inside the compose toolbar. On LinkedIn it reads job posts, profiles, and feed posts. On any other page it reads the main content. You never paste anything.
Which websites does it support?+
Upwork, Fiverr, WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn, Gmail, Rozee.pk, Daraz, and Freelancer.com have smart readers built in. On any other website it reads the main content automatically using a fallback that works on 99% of pages.
Is there a mobile version?+
Yes. The web app at wravio.com/app works on any phone browser and can be installed as a PWA from Safari or Chrome — no App Store needed. The WhatsApp bot also works on any phone without any installation. Chrome extensions only run on desktop Chrome, so mobile users use the web app or WhatsApp bot instead.
Does the output sound like AI?+
Wravio's system prompts are tuned to produce natural, human-sounding output for each context. Proposals open with the client's exact problem, not a generic greeting. Student answers use a natural student voice. Customer replies sound like a real person. You can always add context in the note field to adjust tone further, and the tone selector (Pro / Casual / Bold / Urdu) changes the entire character of the output.
Does it work in Urdu?+
Yes. Select the Urdu tone in the extension or type "in Urdu please" in the context field on mobile or WhatsApp. The AI writes in actual Pakistani Urdu — not translated English. Works for proposals, replies, answers, and invoices.
What is the Gmail compose button?+
When you have the Wravio extension installed, a small Wravio button appears in Gmail's compose toolbar. Click it to open a panel with 6 email tools: Write Reply, Write Email, Follow Up, Make Shorter, Make Formal, More Friendly. Wravio reads the email thread above and writes the response. Click INSERT to drop it directly into the compose box.
What does the LinkedIn assistant do?+
On LinkedIn job posts a "Write Cover Letter" button appears below the apply button. On profiles a "Write Connection Note" button appears — with a live character counter since LinkedIn caps notes at 300 characters. On feed posts a "Write Comment" button appears. All tools read the page content automatically.
WIN RATE & BLACKLIST
What is the win rate tracker?+
After generating a proposal, click the 📊 button in the output header to track it. When the job closes, open the Win Rate tab in the extension and mark it Won or Lost. After 10 proposals Wravio shows your win percentage and gives you a personalised insight — what your winning proposals have in common, what your losing ones share. No other AI writing tool does this.
What is the client blacklist?+
After scanning a client with the Scan Client tool, click 🚫 in the output header to blacklist them. The next time you visit their Upwork or Fiverr profile — on any tab, in any session — a red warning banner appears at the top of the page showing their verdict and the reason you flagged them. Blacklisted clients are stored in chrome.storage — your data stays on your device.

What does the free plan include?+
5 AI generations per day, every day, forever. Resets at midnight. All 3 modes (Freelancer, Student, Business), all 12 tools, all 4 tones, win rate tracker, client blacklist, Gmail button, LinkedIn assistant, right-click paste-back — everything. No card required.
What is the Rs. 100 trial?+
When your 5 free daily runs are used up you can unlock 5 more immediately for Rs. 100 via EasyPaisa or JazzCash. One-time payment, no subscription, no auto-renewal, no expiry. The 5 trial runs stack with tomorrow's 5 free runs — giving you 10 total the next day.
Does Pro give unlimited runs?+
Pro gives 30 runs per day — not unlimited. 30 is more than any power user needs in a day. The cap keeps API costs predictable so we can keep Pro at $5/month.
How do I pay for the Rs. 100 trial?+
When your free runs are used up, the upgrade wall appears with a "Get 5 More for Rs. 100" button. This opens a payment page powered by Rapid Gateway — Pakistan's payment gateway. Accepts EasyPaisa, JazzCash, debit cards, and Raast. Payment processes instantly and your runs unlock within seconds.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?+
Yes. Enterprise plans start at 50+ seats and include a team dashboard, custom AI tone, Urdu and Arabic interface, API access, SLA, and a dedicated account manager on WhatsApp. Email enterprise@wravio.com.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Where does my data go?+
Page content is sent to Wravio's backend server on Railway and forwarded to the OpenRouter API for processing. Wravio does not store the content of your pages or the AI outputs. Only your plan status, usage count, and device ID are stored — in a PostgreSQL database on Railway.
Does Wravio read every page I visit?+
No. Wravio only reads a page when you open the popup and request it. The content.js script runs passively — it only sends data when you press Alt+A and click Run. It does not monitor your browsing or send data in the background.
Is my data sold to anyone?+
Never. Wravio is ad-free and does not sell data to any third party. The only third-party services involved are OpenRouter (AI processing), Rapid Gateway (payments), and Railway/Vercel (hosting). See the Privacy Policy for full details.
