Wravio started with one question: why are millions of Pakistani freelancers losing bids to people who write better proposals — not people who do better work?

What it runs on.
- AI: OpenRouter API — nvidia/nemotron-ultra-253b-v1 (free model) with meta-llama fallback. Auto-retries on failure.
- Backend: FastAPI on Railway with PostgreSQL. Handles AI calls, usage tracking, payments, WhatsApp webhook, admin stats.
- Frontend: Pure HTML/CSS/JS — no framework. Deployed on Vercel. Loads in under 1 second.
- Extension: Chrome Manifest v3. 5 injected scripts: popup, background, content, Gmail, LinkedIn.
- Payments: Rapid Gateway — Pakistani payment gateway, CNIC only, EasyPaisa + JazzCash + Raast + cards.
- WhatsApp: Meta Cloud API — free, directly from Meta, no BSP markup.
