What Wravio is
Wravio is an AI writing tool available as a Chrome extension, a mobile web app, and a WhatsApp bot. When you use it, text from your screen is sent to an AI model via Wravio's backend server, and a generated response is returned to you.
What we collect
We collect as little as possible:
- Device ID — a randomly generated anonymous identifier stored on your device. Used to track your plan and daily usage. Not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
- Plan and usage data — which plan you're on (free, trial, pro) and how many runs you've used today. Resets daily.
- Payment confirmation — if you pay Rs. 100 or subscribe to Pro, we receive a payment reference and your device ID. We never see your card number, EasyPaisa account, or JazzCash account.
- WhatsApp bot sessions — if you use the WhatsApp bot, your masked phone number, conversation step, and daily usage count are stored to maintain bot state across messages.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not store the text content of pages you visit
- We do not store the AI outputs generated for you
- We do not store your name or email (unless you contact us)
- We do not track which websites you visit
- We do not run ads or connect to any ad network
- We do not sell data to anyone, ever
How page content is handled
When you press Run, the text on your screen is sent to Wravio's backend server on Railway (hosted in the US) and forwarded to OpenRouter's API for processing. The text is not stored by Wravio or OpenRouter after the response is returned. OpenRouter's data handling is governed by
OpenRouter's Privacy Policy. By using Wravio you agree that content from your screen may be sent to OpenRouter for processing.
Local storage
The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.local to store your device ID, plan, usage count, win rate data, client blacklist, pinned tool, and saved notes — all on your own device. The web app uses localStorage for the same purpose. Neither uses cookies or sends this data to any analytics platform.
Third-party services
- OpenRouter — processes your page content to generate responses. Their privacy policy.
- Rapid Gateway — handles payments. Your payment data is governed by Rapid Gateway's privacy policy.
- Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — delivers WhatsApp bot messages. Your phone number is processed by Meta in accordance with WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Railway / Vercel — hosts the backend and website. Standard cloud hosting data handling applies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
Data retention and deletion
Your device ID and plan status are retained until you uninstall the extension or clear your browser storage. Win rate data and client blacklists are stored locally in your browser — clearing browser data removes them. WhatsApp bot session data is retained until you send
stop to the bot or request deletion.
To request deletion of any server-side data, email
privacy@wravio.com with your device ID (visible in extension settings) and we will delete it within 7 days.
Children
Wravio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Wravio after changes constitutes acceptance.
